This interface is an integration of both official Amstrad diagnostic boards (for PCWs with dot-matrix and daisywheel printers).
The design is based on a CPLD (both 5V and 3.3V) to save components and allow tests. It features the option to choose which set of ROMs it uses, as well as to invert them within their set (to launch interactive tests).
